Jeffrey Litteken has a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Miami University, Ohio. After spending several years in corporate accounting with a publicly traded firm, Jeff ventured into the human capital sector spending 18 years placing finance and accounting professionals on a contract, consulting and direct hire basis. Jeff has worked for a Fortune 500 firm, an Inc. 500 firm, and for 11 years was a founder and managing partner of a firm that was recognized by Inc. Magazine and the San Diego Business Magazine as one of the fastest growing firms in its space.
Amy Kizer has spent her career supporting companies and managers with hiring decisions. Beginning in 1999, Amy started at a boutique firm placing Executive Assistants on a direct hire basis. After three years, Amy relocated and began her career with a global firm. Over four years there, Amy held various management roles, including managing the consulting division with up to thirty consultants. The boutique firm that Amy started with called her back to San Diego to start up the accounting and finance division. Amy grew that division from zero people out contracting to up to 70 within five years. In the year leading up to starting TalentLink Solutions, Amy was the in-house recruiter for a mid-size broker/dealer and led the hiring for the entire organization.
Elissa Weiner graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and minor in Japanese. After graduation, she worked for an event marketing company, where she recruited and staffed for a high volume of weekly special events. At TalentLink Solutions, Elissa strategically sources hidden talent using various resources and offers support for making successful hires. She is also responsible for assisting on consulting projects, and has experience in research, creation of hiring materials, state-specific employee handbooks, and more. She is excited to continue developing her knowledge and skills in human resources and talent acquisition.
