TalentLink Solutions identifies talent nationwide for clients in the financial services sector. We have relationships with individuals and organizations throughout the financial services community.
Being in such a tight niche allows us to partner with the individuals we have built relationships with and connect those people to our customers. We are well connected to the leading financial services companies, LinkedIn groups and networking groups.
How it Works
We get to know your company, its people and its culture because we believe that is how the best hires are made. We invest time so that you feel TalentLink Solutions is an extension of your organization. To engage us in identifying talent, we apply our consulting rate of $250/hour for all of the steps listed below. Should we find the right person for your team, there will be a 10% placement fee of first year's total compensation.
1. Define
Using our framework, we help define your talent need in a collaborative approach that is based on a thorough understanding of the strategic, cultural, financial and operational issues our clients face.
2. Target and Approach
We then use these specifications to develop a structured search strategy that is used as a road map. We identify talent through industry knowledge, business intelligence and targeted market mapping.
3. Assess & Present
Interested candidates are then assessed through detailed interviews that discuss the specifics of the opportunity, and explore the candidates’ background, competencies and interest in the role. Candidates that are interested and fit the requirements based on our assessment are presented to our client for interview.
4. Interview
Coordinating interviews is a time consuming process that we administer. Additionally, we ensure that you are prepared to conduct thorough interviews and uncover all of the details you need to make a good hiring decision.
5. Offer
One of the most important steps in the process is the offer stage. It requires an appropriate amount of time and resources in order to achieve the desired outcome – the hire.
6. Transition
We stay close to the candidate and our client through the resignation and on-boarding process and provide important feedback to both. This helps to maintain communication, align expectations and guarantee a smooth transition.
